Solutions for Struggling Readers
The SIPPS® (Systematic Instruction in Phoneme Awareness, Phonics, and Sight Words) program, a solution for struggling readers, is a decoding curriculum that teaches the prerequisites for developing reading fluency and comprehension.

It can serve as either an intervention program or as an initial decoding program.
