Leader's Package
The Leader’s Package includes everything that K–6 teachers receive (see the Teacher’s Package) in addition to the following components:
- Leadership Guide provides recommendations and activities that motivate effective school leadership in the implementation of CSC
- Leader’s Calendar suggests when to observe, schedule, and evaluate program implementation
- Agendas for Staff Development Meetings includes agendas that introduce the CSC program components to all staff, as well as meetings for check-ins, planning and decision making, problem solving, and teambuilding
- Observation forms pad provides three different assessment tools to be used during Years 1 and 2
