Orders are processed and shipped within three business days. Normal shipping is by FedEx ground service.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS WILL BE ADDED TO ALL ORDERS.

Standard Ground Shipping and Handling Rates:
• Orders under $30—add $5.00
• Orders from $30 to $100—add $7.00
• Orders over $100—add 8% of the materials subtotal
• Orders over $10,000 shipping to one location—add 4% of the materials subtotal
• Orders over $25,000 shipping to one location—free shipping
• Orders outside the U.S.—varies by location, minimum $10.00
 

For expedited shipping, please call us at 510.533.0213 between 7 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday (Pacific Standard Time). Overnight, -Day, and 3-Day shipping options are available at additional cost.

International shipping rates vary by region and weight. Please e-mail or call for a quote.

Sales Tax: We may include charges for sales tax where applicable (including without limitation for orders shipped to a California address).

Payment: Payment by acceptable means (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, check, money order, or institutional purchase order) must accompany any order. Checks must be payable in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Orders may be entered online in our store (using a credit card), e-mailed, faxed, telephoned, or sent by regular mail. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account made by you or anyone who uses your account (including your children, family, or friends).
