MathLinks

The MathLinks program—a supplementary program for grades K–2—promotes family involvement in hands-on mathematics learning.

Math content:
  • Comparing numbers
  • Exploring number combinations
  • Measuring length
Social skills:
  • Listening to a partner
  • Sharing the work
  • Taking turns

Each lesson cycles from the classroom to the home and back to the classroom again. The home activity, central to each of the MathLinks lessons, is provided in Spanish as well as in English.
