Today I am in Clayton County, GA. The district purchased The Lesson Planning Handbook for each of their teachers. Today I get to speak to about 800 of them as part of the district's summer professional development series. After my keynote the groups break up into small groups for the next two weeks. In these sessions they will deeply explore the ideas in the book and think about implications for the coming school year. They are embarking on a thoughtful and impressive plan as they prepare for next year. I am excited to be working with them.
Attached to this blog post are the overheads from my morning keynote.
Those who attended my keynotes, I would love to hear what you think.
