DSC Around the World
This year has presented many new and exciting opportunities to spread the DSC mission globally. With our passports in hand and international borders in sight, we have been fortunate enough to work with educators from the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Central America, and Asia.
With the help of Gil Garcia, Pera Noriega and the Edulight Group, our programs were proudly displayed and presented at the Tri-Association Annual Educators Conference held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in October, 2009. Our exposure in the Dominican Republic and Mexico provided the Edulight Group with a platform to hold three very successful DSC invitationals in Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey this past January. Upon completion of the events Pera proudly reported that "DSC made a big splash on the international market!"
Our international representative and ELL author Dr. Gilbert Garcia presented in Mexico City on behalf of Edulight and in partnership with Colegio Williams’ English Directors, Rosario Alva and Aurora Cortes. Dr. Garcia shared, “It was a privilege for me to present with both Rosario and Aurora. These two accomplished and dedicated educators are consummate professionals who have discovered the DSC Way, and were articulate and passionate in the manner in which they shared their stories with our audiences. The success of these invitationals is owed largely to a very dedicated Edulight Group and the partnership that has been created at Colegio Williams in Mexico City. Success breeds success, and we encourage those interested to contact these school administrators and hear from them the difference that the DSC Way has made at their school. We want to partner with many more schools and bring to them, and especially to their students, similar success."

The Carol Morgan School, located in the heart of Santo Domingo, hosted a "Dominican Night" for the Tri-Association Conference attendees that included a spectacular performance that wowed the audience.
