What happens
The leader introduces the book to the kids and then reads the story, pausing at key points to discuss the math or vocabulary words.

- List of new vocabulary words
- Tips for the leader
- Questions to extend the mathematics in the story
Although each story is different, leaders follow the same process to introduce it, do the related activities, and talk about the mathematics involved.
